LEASING RIGHTS (Non-exclusive for recording artists only)

This allows you to use the beat for only one commercial profitable purpose (album, website, radio play, live show, etc.) but KSP still owns the beat. Leasing an instrumental is a good idea for the artist on a budget. All instrumentals found on Temple of Beats are available for lease. If you are interested in more than one track, a deal may be worked out. Additionally, custom tracks (below) are also available and they will not be placed on the site or heard by anyone else.

If you are a corporation, government entity, advertising agency, etc., please contact for licensing music fees.

*EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS*

If you are an record label, emcee or vocalist who wants to invest in your music, consider purchasing exclusive rights to an instrumental. You will own exclusive rights to the track and it can not be resold. This can be used for any and all of your projects, and is a good idea if you're creating an album, or even just a demo. Record companies will see that you're serious about yourself because you've invested your own money into your music. If you won't invest in yourself, why should they invest in you? Also, when you purchase your first track with KSP, you'll get the leasing rights for FREE to another track of your choice. Prices vary on each instrumental, therefore, if you are interested in the price of a certain track, contact me via email at: trill@kspz.net

CUSTOM TRACKS

At KSP our goal is to please every customer to the fullest extent possible. If you have a certain type of track in mind, contact us, and it is quite possible that we can satisfy your needs.

Please be specific when requesting this option because the more specific the request, the better we can create the track to meet your expectations. The fees start at $300 (USD) and are priced according to effort and time needed to produce the track. If you have any questions and/or particular requests concerning Custom Tracks contact us at Service. We will need the style, instruments, samples supplied by you, samples you know of, but do not own, emotions, tempos, effects and drum patterns. You may also request the track to sound similar to another that you may have heard. This is acceptable, but it is against our policy and integrity to recreate a song. We will, however, attempt to produce a beat with the same feeling as the requested song.

Tapes/Records to CD Transfer

Got that classic album/record or cassette from the 60's, 70's or 80's and want to listen to it in your home and car stereo. We can transfer your favorites digitally (24-bit), edit each track, remove tape hiss, pops/clicks and press it to labeled CD's for an additional $5.00 (mp3 format available). Let us bring those oldies but goodies hits back in your life again.  

Fee: $30 each album; $20 each cassette

Q: I am interested in purchasing more than one track. Is it possible to work out a package deal for the tracks?
A: Yes. Contact us for questions regarding this subject.

Q: I would like to purchase a track, but am uncomfortable with exchanging money through the postal service. Is there another way to pay?
A: We are currently using PayPal. For more information regarding PayPal, visit their website at .

Q: Do I write lyrics around the structure of the track, or will you restructure the track to meet my needs?
A: You have a few options: (1) We will send you one verse measure (bar) and one chorus measure (bar). They'll be in .wav or .mp3 and can be looped in several programs. You should write and record your lyrics and send KSP the accapella. From there, we will shape the beat around your lyrics, adding transitions, intro, outro, change-ups, etc, as need be. We will then mix down your accapella with the adjusted beat and send to you. (2) You tell us the amount of bars needed for the verses and chorus, and we will create and send an adjusted beat to fit your requirements. (3) If neither of these options fulfill your needs, contact us and we will create one that does. We will attempt to mix the vocals and track to the best of our ability. If you are not fully satisfied with the final mix-down, contact us and we will redo the mix, or discuss other options.
